Phases and Status

Because the verification process implies several teams, it was sequenced into small steps. Each step corresponds to a button that teams have to click in order to push the verification to the next team in line.

Here is the list of buttons:

Create a verification/ Créer une vérification	Draft / Brouillon	Internal user can now access to the verification notice and complete main information: add a merchant administrator, input legal information and send the welcome email You can already complete the form, all your input are saved and visible on both internal and merchant side
Send the welcome email /Envoyer l’email d’onboarding	Form Sent / Formulaire envoyé	The button “send” pushes an email to the merchant with the list of documents to provide in a pdf enclosed. You can already complete the form, all your input are saved and visible on both internal and merchant side
NA	Data in progress / données en cours de saisie	The verification status automatically change when either the merchant or SalesOPs starts to input data in the form
Request data modification / Demander des changements	Data to modify / Données à modifier	This button is visible at all times. It opens a window where you can write a comment to the merchant. Your comment will appear on the merchant side at the top of his form. Your comment is not included in the email sent when you click on “Send”. The email received by the merchant is generic. It contains a call to action to his personal space.
Request data validation / Demander la validation des données	Waiting merchant validation / En attente de validation marchand	This button is visible at all times. It pushes a notification to the merchant. The email contains a link to console where the merchant will send his verification form
Send information / Envoyer les données ( Marchant side only)	Form sent / Données transmises à HiPay	This button send a notification to HiPay team (merchant management team) so you are aware that the verification is ready for review. On both side, the form is now in read only mode
End data review / Valider les données	Data completed / Données complètes	SalesOps pushes this button when data is fully provided for the Onboarding team analysis. This button send a notification to the merchant and to the Onboarding team[b]
Start the risk review / Commencer la revue du risque	Risk review in progress / Revue du risque en cours	To show other teams that data is being analysed, OBTeam must click on this button. No notification is sent
End the risk review / Terminer la revue du risque	Risk review completed / Revue du risque terminée	This button don’t send notification either internally or externally
