The BITS (Business IT Services) team is in charge about all technical communication with HiPay merchants and between the commercial teams and our technical teams.
The team is divided into two groups:
TAMs (Technical Account Managers):
Some of HiPay TAMs fonctions are:
- to provide technical and functional advice before sales;
- advise and propose best practices for the integration of payment solutions;
- manage the onboarding project monitoring of new clients in your portfolio from Onboarding;
- to set up and lead technical workshops with customers;
- supervise customer delivery with the functional tester;
- to follow the possible technical evolutions of the customers;
- respond quickly and efficiently to customer requests during integration;
- to manage internal communication with the different teams;
Technical Support Agents:
Some of HiPay Tech Support Agents fonctions are:

respond to daily technical issues;

attend and participate in business meetings;

attend and participate in meetings of various internal teams;

participate in internal projects for different teams (eg: payment page generation form);

participate in internal training courses on the subject of fraud, account management, project monitoring, web or mobile data development internally;
